You know that pink colour that all the other sprites in your CS2D gfx folder have as backgrounds? Use your eye dropper tool, copy that colour, and use that for whatever pointer sprite - In game the pink is replaced by transparency, but it's got to be that one special kind of pink that has an RGB of r:255, g:0, b:255.

im not sure how macs work (they can only open so many file types...) so i would recommend having somebody with windows do it for u as it would only take a few minutes to make a pointer

OP = Original post

I'd suggest you taking some skin and using the same pink color it contains, I don't really have any PaintBrush experience. The best program for making skins would of course be PhotoShop, Paint.NET or GIMP. I am not sure about Paint.NET and GIMP, I believe they are windows and windows/linux only (respectively).

And that seems to be your problem. That's why I told you to check it. Read the manual of the tool you are using to see which color depth is used and how to switch it. Or use Google or whatever...

@user Camper929: Some graphic programs automatically save with a certain bit. I don't know anything about your program but there should be a way, if not when saving, to change it. Google it as DC said, that's probably the best thing to do.
