I don't know how I can possibly fix that but I'm trying to find a solution.
Note that there is not a single proof that Oxy is involved in any way.

Oxy is bored so he decided to hack this site to pass the time. Just bad luck for you that he chose to hack your site.

He isn't being competitive, it's simply jealousy.
Being competitive would be make his stuff better to outcome the rivals, hacking them is pure jealously and coward act.

Hacking is effective method of removing competition, especially on websites. I don't say it's good, or not: It's just worth itself, and can be used in many things.
It could be x.rated (

But anyways. There's person that STILL famous around the CS2D. His name is Dr. Trojan. He can hack RCOn and ruin all your work D:. Also there's one hacker that stole my tibia edit and deleted from my computer. But no worries, I'm still working on it!

I got an Idea how to stop some of the hackers.
1st - CS2D ID ban. Each CS2D will have an ID so when on the server you will get this "ID" ban then the only way to enter this server again is to download it and install again.
2nd All usgns ban - Every usgn account that was logined in this CS2D will be banned.
3rd - Mac ID ban. I heard that this ID got every comp, and it's almost un-changeable

Even the Mac ID can be changed with simple tools or you just change the data in the RAM or manipulate the function that sends it - no big deal either.Most efficient approach is to activate U.S.G.N. only and ban people that hack by their U.S.G.N. id. The U.S.G.N. id is confirmed by the U.S.G.N. masterserver and can not be manipulated for that reason.

I'm still confident that it's this russian guy called "sardar" involved in these crashes, he crashed the server in front of me at the exact time when he said he's going to crash the server. ( he said, "i crash this server in 10 seconds")
I think he's been crashing servers simply because he's a 'bad loser' - he dies once and starts crashing the server, or he gets banned from the server and starts crashing it. Logs made me think so.
