HOW AM I GOING TO CHANGE THAT? DOES IT NEED A SCRIPT?
Weapon id's for 
spawn.Example:

This should spawn players with a laser.
Make sure
mp_luaserver is set to "server.lua" -- if you have not touched these settings you do not have to worry. 1
