Ideas for CS2D - READ THE FIRST POST (OP)!
3,231 replies I'd probably add a idea today as it's 12th of April and all.
The thing that I would love to see is the game being optimized to run smoothly on systems. On Windows 7, the game takes lots of resources when idle on the start menu for example. Could there be like a mode added, that when you're in the start menu and have lost focus of the CS2D window you set process priority to idle and unload unnecessary resources when you're AFK from the game and then whence you've regained focus of the game's window then the resources will reload or re-initialize. It'd be a great fix in my opinion. I'd love to hear your opinions about this aswell. Because I've noticed the game taking up loads of resources during the past releases I just think it's time to handle that issue. Is someone for or against this idea?

Super extra mod for CS2D (64), yeah!

LOL..... seriously grammar in that? and it is funny because no offence @DC but the game is slowly becoming unnoticed/popular

Currently, you can't move any sprites without breaking their color and transparency in the editor.
(moving with ctrl+x ctrl+v, at least)

Nope, it´s possible and already done. Search f.a.

new suggestion-
1. Gate - A object in the build menu which creates a door/gate for you to open and close. This door/gate should be only openable by the same team

I was gonna suggest that but its a great idea, right guys?

Best suggestion ever.
It's not much of a suggestion but if Possible I'd like to have reduced timer when placing different portal sides.
Example If you start using Orange portal it's firerate is quite fast but if you try to place a blue portal it's firerate isn't the same and you have to wait around 1 second +- 0.2 sec before you can actually make a blue portal.

Add a sensitivity bar. Everyother FPS's got one.
Resently that has bugged me alot, i've used to play with 18 dps on my SteelSeries Sensei. But now it's broke and i'm forced top play with a 400 dps old shit mouse and even when i lower the sense on the controlpanel to the lowest it can be i still have no chance controling my aim in-game CS:2D.
Add a sensitivity bar in the options. 0-5 sense or some shit like in TF2 or CS:S.

Well, I've been reading suggestions so many times, but I think there wasn't any suggestion about changing tiles properties. For example, when a flare, or normal/flash/smoke, etc. grenade lands in water tile, It becomes inactive, eventually works not as fine, as it should normally (reduced area of effect, damage).
What do you think about that, Community?

That's a great and logical idea. There can't be fire in water (well usually)

Agree with Kirito, very good idea about flare in wate. The radius should be reduced a bit in water.
