How to disable and control env_room?

I maked a room with using room function. It appears automattically on round start, its ok but i cant turn off it. If i press use button room must appear/disappear. How can i do that? Is it possible?
If its not possible i must add some lights to room, Is it makes lag?

Use trigger_use with env_room.
I tried it of course, i named all env_rooms and connected to trigger. In editor, i can see link between use and env_Room but when playing its not works

Use Sprite and select block.bmp(or what ever)
and recolor it black and make transp to 0.5 and
edit x and y size.

He wanted to make something like a room in a house. If he uses the trigger the env_room dissapears and it isn't dark now in the room and he don't need the Flashlight anymore.
That's why he tried to connect the env_room with trigger_use I guess.
Thanks, i can use a semi-transparent but its not be like real. I mean there is no flashlight or lighting effects.

Yeah youre right but its not logical. If we can create a room, we should can disable or enable it manually.
