go to C:\Counter-Strike 2D\sys\language
and than open the english file and change it to vitnam

Beware, CS2D doesn't support Unicode (aka UTF-8/16)
Save only as ANSI

its just game,everyone knows buttons etc other things even if you dont know english.

Dude, I don't know what you mean. But I think that it's a Vietnamese translation, someone didn't translate CS2D to Vietnamese yet.
