Counter-Strike 2D - No connection.

Did you tried to redownload CS2D and put it into a temporary floder?
Ah! Important question:
Which Port did the console give you out, when you start your CS2D? When the "initialized using port" is zero, your cs2d isn't able to open a port for a connection (the game is blocked by Firewall or other applications).
And open the usgn.dat file (located in sys) with a texteditor. These two lines have to be at the top of the file:
Otherwise your usgn.dat file has been modified.
Try also to run cs2d as administrator. Maybe your rights of some files are wrong (read/execute rights).
You can modify the rights of the usgn.dat file with rightclick on usgn.dat -> properties -> Security -> select %your_user_name% -> (bottom box) enable full access and read/execute -> click OK -> start your CS2D. ( I hope it's right, because my OS isn't english).

In console it say: UDP Socket initialized using port 36963.
And this is in usgn.dat
I am on Windows XP and I am administrator of computer so there's no problem with permissions.

I also tried running it on VirtualBox and it doesn't have connection too. That means it's blocked on ISP Side or usgn.de. And this is strange because I can ping usgn.de easily

I realised what's wrong, my ISP tried to port forward my 36963 port and because of this I can't use any 36963 port.
usgn.de is using 36963 that's why I can't connect to it. I can't also connect to any server using port 36963.
This thread can be now closed as I know what's wrong.
