idk why factis would be a bad choice. he takes his work seriously. it doesnt really matter how immature he is if he gets the job done, right?

This is no hating-thread. It states the current situation of US.de and the relation of current Moderators to better suited users for this rank in the forum. Stop talking about hate or "why do you hate me I was no asshole"; this is not point of this thread and never was.

I think the choices are fine, they just nedd to get used to it, people just complain even when nothing has happened, give them time and then if something goes wrong you can complain.

The problem is that Factis is immature and his English sucks. There were much much MUCH better candidates, like Majateka, Time etc.

I must agree, Factis is immature. But he's really helpful when someone has a script problem. Let's just hope he does his moderating job right.

I think Factis is fine as being a moderator. His English can be bad sometimes, but most of the time it's fine and you can understand what he's saying.
Sure he sometimes acts like a immature kid, but come on we all do at some point.
His English isn't perfect, he has his little moments, but it doesn't mean he's not capable of doing the job of a moderator.

In the worst case scenario that a new moderator abuses, DC simply removes the moderator and problem solved. As he said, trial and error.

That's all i have to say.
