I want to talk about a problem that many people suffer when is playing CS2D:
NO GOOD SERVERS TO PLAY!
All servers with more than 5 players always online (which is the minimum for the server to be fun to play), has always HACKERS & NOOBS
Examples:
(servers one of the most popular if not the most popular) C-4: Noobs everywhere, many hackers (who are the only inclusivem to occupy good ranks in the server), etc.
WorldQuality [1] @ MundGames.net: Hackers, Staff children who can not manage, etc.
Servers with map of imprisonment: Hackers, noobs, free killers
Servers with map of ancient RP_: Free killers, abusive staff, etc.
So the call to come to that topic, (which would not be closed, because who knows here comes a solution to such problems in CS2D?) Is:
For DC: Create a better system against hackers, the current takes less than one month to be broken.
For owners Servers: have a Competent Staff. Do not add anyone in charge of moredador and / or vip
For Players: READ THE F1! There is always the server rules (on most servers). Nobody likes people who do not play by the rules.
Guys, we disclose that topic, and the idea of it. The CS2D is a great game, and has the potential to become a game with more players than today. But if it continues the way it is, nobody will want to keep playing ('ve seen countless cases of players who uninstalled the game because he was in so much trouble)

About people who cheat. There's always been some and I believe there always will be. In tons of games. You can't escape it. The solution would be to find a server who has great administrators and moderators.
But you've already said that only childish players are picked for moderators. If so then don't play in such server. If children like something, let them enjoy it, don't say how bad something is.
I believe that from around 200 servers that you find in serverlist, around 10 to 20 will be great servers. If you don't find anything good to suit your tastes then host a server yourself and make it have good moderators and/or administrators. It's really simple. There is nothing we can do.
There are cheaters and there will always be cheaters.
Also an anti-cheating system is just wasted time. That's why I don't play this game anymore. Those hacking cunts are annoying the shit out of me. Quote

Unfortunately, he tried. Or let's turn that sentence around: fortunately he tried and he broke the hacks for 2-3 weeks. (That was WONDERFUL! No speedhackers, no cheats... (it was 0.1.1.7? or .8; I don't remember)) But good things never last forever, so was the cheat protection. New, updated hacks arrived. I mean, that @ DC: would have to permanently work on CS2D just to prevent cheats for a limited time. The smarter the developers are the smarter hacks become. A never-ending game.

The current staff of a server indirectly represents the owners. However, there're exceptions sometimes.

Retards don't read rules and they will not follow them. Good Guys™ don't need rules: they are always nice and friendly.
So:
Servers need moderators to ban abusers/bad players.
To have good moderators, you as the server owner, have to meet trustful & nice players on your server and give them the rights.
The problem: good moderators, who won't abuse their powers. There're nice people on unrealsoftware, but the most of them are busy or don't play CS2D (anymore).

Back in 2009/2010 it was fun to play. Happy Town just became popular, some servers were running Blazzingxx' scripts (GG and SH) which gave you a couple of weeks of interesting gameplay. One day weiwen released Tibia that resulted in dozens of edits. Today the 'fun' servers are pointless to play on (mah opinion!) - unlimited construction or retarded ZombieConstruction with no balance at all where everything you have to do is to SPAM turrets and get good armor. Pointless Gaming™
I support you for encouraging people. If you want I can open a server using the '[LaG] Fun' gamemode.
I can be fairly certain it will be moderated accurately and actively.
That is, if it is requested enough.
my opinion is that perhaps opening quality server's will eventually overrun the 'bad' server's. DC Admin

Solution: Play with friends / people you know
I can't make hackers/cheaters/noobs disappear magically. They exist. Live with them or quit playing. There is no way to completely "remove" them. Technically absolutely impossible. Just take a look at CounterStrike:Source. They have a whole team behind it (VAC) that works fulltime on stopping hacks. Still, everytime you play you see hackers. DC is alone. How the hell should he ever be able to stop it? It's just a Sysiphusian struggle.
Only solution: Start a good server yourself. Good map, good gamemode (nothing like unlimited build or tibia or jail or crap like that), good moderators. UnrealSoftware Logins only. Ban the hell out of everybody who behaves like an idiot.
