Rather than editing Tibia, try making a completely new RPG mod from scratch. Only kids like Tibia edits since most of them are usually crap and I suspect yours will be no better. I'd advise to do everything yourself since I doubt that there will be any volunteers to make stuff that's already been made a lot of times.
