You will never be able to make Lua moving trains, you are incapable to do so and therefore I will ignore your actual topic.

tween_movebut it needs time parameter not speed parameter
image and then move it with tween_move to specific coordinatesyou may also need to set the image rotation with
imagepos or tween_rotate with time 0 msec. use for that
