The title is self explanatory. I searched but didn't find anything with good quality. I need a documentation with all command and libraries listed, with easy acess. It can be in HTML or PDF..

Thanks in advance.

I don't know what your definition of 'good quality' is, but I don't see how the official Ruby reference doesn't fit your criteria. It has everything listed in alphabetical order, with detailed documentations of all its items.

However, it is online, and you didn't explicitly specify if you wanted an online documentation or an offline one, so that's one thing I'm not sure about.

I would use the official Ruby reference as user EngiN33R mentioned.
There are browser plug-in's which are able to convert a webpage to pdf or image, if you really want to be able to see it when you are offline.
The reference won't work probably with those tools, but maybe other websites do.
