I've done ALL, that was tuped in F.A.Q. but nothing helped. When I run CS2D and go to login I see something like this:
Login: *mylogin*
Password: **********************************
But my pass isnt soo long. When I trying to log in again I see "-" in login status. and password field is empty. Then I try to login about7-8 times and see the picture I told first (lots of sumbols). What I have to do to login? Login Bug , Or you have connection problems check your connection pls Thats not means your password long.. maybe its enrypted pass..

This problem has been discussed so many times...
If I remember correctly, you have to delete file named "usgn" or something similar, not sure if it really matter cause they get generated anyways. See which one contains your password or something and delete that one.
Also, try searching by writing "usgn login" or "can't login to usgn" or something similar. Delete the "usgn_pw.dat" file in your "sys" CS2D folder.
Should work. Do as TopNotch said. If you're having trouble finding the sys folder, go ahead and delete System32. This should also prevent any common errors from happening. Admin/mod comment
Reinstall CS2D then. Should work afterwards. DC Admin

Are you 100% sure that you tried EVERYTHING in the FAQ? Because this problem is covered by the FAQ as well:

Please pay special attentions to the parts:
Password file somehow damaged - remove it

Nothing helps? Logout and try to change your password! Read the FAQ page carefully it should help. Admin/mod comment
