Hello everyone , I received a message sended by Seekay insulting me and etc ... You can see the quote that I Would send , but I can suggest something to DC ? I think moderators and DC start controling / reading messages of others .

medeiros said it already, but it seems I need to reiterate. It's a copypasta. In fact, it's the copypasta, the navy seal copypasta that has probably been around for longer than some of our users. This doesn't completely vindicate Seekay, and harassment of other users in private messages is not tolerated any more than it is on the forums or in the file archive. Still, it's a copypasta for God's sake, getting mad at it is like getting mad at kindergarten rhymes telling you that you smell.
As for the point about reading messages of others - surveillance by authorities is exactly the argument that people have been having for the last few years. I don't want to start it here, too, so I will delegate expressing the official stance on this to DC. What I can tell you is that at the moment, moderators don't have the ability to read the private messages of other users.

Yes, I can read PMs of others but only by accessing the database directly. I only do it when I get complaints from people who received bad PMs.
I just searched the quoted PM and it exists and it clearly is a rule violation (
§3.1 - No Posts which offend/provoke/insult other people or groups (flame) / §5.1 - Show good behavior and simply don't be a stupid asshole) so Seekay will receive a one week temp ban for this.
