i know one who host a server with VPN
but i ask him he dont answer me !

he probably hosts the server with VPS, not with VPN. VPN is Virtual Private Network, you can of course host servers in it, but only people who are in the same VPN as you are will be able to connect

That's not true some VPN's offer port forwarding, which will allow you to host server and other people will be able to join.

Agree with mafia_man, anyway, I guess he meant "VPS" instead of "VPN".
