hi im tried like 5 times to create an usgn account for my friend but he never recieve the confirmation email, i tried different mails and different account name in differents time but he nad i never recieve the confirmation email to create the account, there is any way to create the account mannually? ill like to send a support ticket but i dont know where

First of all, ask your friend to register himself. I don't think it's a hard task.

As oxytamine said: Your friend should create the account HIMSELF with his OWN e-mail address! That own e-mail address is very important to make the whole system work. He would never be able to recover the account in case he loses his password if he wouldn't use his own e-mail address. So: Please do NOT register accounts for other persons! It is wrong, forbidden and does not make sense!

For the same reason I won't activate accounts manually. A working e-mail address is required and the entire system is pointless if that e-mail account can't receive e-mails from Unreal Software.

Thousands of people registered here already so we know that the system works fine. Just check your spam filter / settings and also the spam folder. Consider to disable it or try an alternative e-mail address.

Other people explained. Creating an account for your friend is a pretty bad idea and it doesn't make sense at all.
As for the ticket support it doesn't exist, the person that can help you is DC but he already mentioned it here.

Paying someone to create for her/him an account in this website forum is just a waste of your money, even if the person ask you a low cost. Moreover, it won't take you a huge time to create an account. Just a working E-mail address to create an account and you're done, also someone can scam you which is more worse and a waste of time and is risky indeed.

@ GamerNewb: I think it would be unlikely that he'll make another account as his current one is perfectly functional (No bans so far). It still might be possible because he might have been banned from a server and he's trying to make a new account so that he can use it instead of his original.

@ Hellcat: Technically speaking, deleting an account in this website is impossible and it will remain forever in the database unless if DC change something in his website to perform the deletion of the account however is a waste of time to change the code. Well, i'm not exactly sure but i saw somewhere that DC said is technically impossible therefor your account will remain.

I think everyone elucidated the point of creating a double account and the creating of one own account. And some members here are going off-topic. (I'm not acting like a moderator though)

Lol, 20-45% of unrealsoftware accounts are double or even multi ACC's.

@ 71: Not so near. Yea, we got a shitstorm of double accounts and multi accounts but they aren't the 45% or even low of them. Majority of the accounts are inactive and so on.
That's my opinion but yeah, there are too much multi ACCs but some of them are banned or they stopped using these accounts.
