Stuck on Server is verifying your U.S.G.N. login
It seems like I'm stuck on verifying stage while connecting to a server.
Just to make it clear:
It happening on every server
My internet is fine (see picture 2)
I can connect without U.S.G.N.
I tried restarting, reconnecting, renaming my account, switching my password and I waited over a week.

That's strange. You aren't using any proxy or something similar? Or is maybe someone else using your account at the same time?
If you can't find away around it: Log out and play without login. I don't have any idea what proxy is, and im the only one using this account.
And playing without U.S.G.N. is like eating a cake without chocolate on top Happens to me sometimes also, its nothing i usually just restart my router then i can join normally again, but maybe the server your trying to join is lagging also. @
DC: Happened to me also several times ago. (even years ago).
Might be caused by asynchronism between the master server and the game server.

Facts:
Firewall turned off. Anti virus turned off & aids
Windows 7 & xp
Standard machine: intel gma wlan & lan
no proxy + proxy
router brand: fritz
Solution: waiting some time. (It solved itself)
Restarting cs2d won't help.
Logout + Login won't help.
average ping -> 50 to 80 ms
This problem did not occure on linux (didn't use cs2d very often)

Go to options > Net > Delete 
username > Close Options > Disconnect > Restart your computer > Go CS2D > Type your username again, and it will not happening. XoOt Super User Offline
@ Baloon: thats pointless. You could only reconnect your usgn or restart your system but both together doesnt make any common sense.
Many people got that problem and it is about your internetprovider/router/modem. When i use my standard network (60mbit) it also happens to me sometimes. On the other hand when i use my phone's internet via tethering i never ever have problems even when i used my whole highspeed capacity and play with only 65kbit. As my phone is no router or modem itself i can clearly say try to change your routersettings or start with a simple restart of it. Im also pretty sure that people with surf sticks wont have the same problems. That's strange to me too. It happened also to me but not in every server, anyway, if you use a router try to restart it to see if it works.

I expected that many people now post "happens to me too". And I'm aware of the problem. It can happen from time to time but it should be easy to solve with a simple re-login to the account. This actually is done automatically already so I don't know how it still fails sometimes. Must be caused by a very bad connectivity to the masterserver.
The difference in this case is that Mami Tomoe claims that it NEVER works and that he already tried everything. Just close CS2D and Open it! Admin/Mod Kommentar

He tried almost in all ways to solve this problem but still the problem persist.
Again I think this could be of his internet provider but I'm not really sure, who knows...
Possibly, the cause it's from the bad connectivity or timeouts. It happens if you were opening the game and your network has changed like disconnecting or else. Or, if you opened an IP changer and changed your IP and you were at the game.
So the solution is that to quit out from the game, and reopen it again. DC Admin Offline
That's true. Of course you shouldn't ever change your connection once you launched the game with U.S.G.N. credentials entered. If you do so anyway you should restart it. Same is happening to me too 
. Make sure your firewall or antivirus has exepction for CS2D.
