I'd really love to call you something you are but unfortunately I can't do it here. Sadly.

How to run dedicated:
Open CS2D folder
Find cs2d_dedicated.exe and run it. If you don't have it, download it from official page.
That is all. If you have issues with server appearing, you'll have to haul your lazy ass and actually read everything on the site that was provided by user DC
If you don't understand what's written there, go read it again and again until you start to understand how things work.

Now please don't post another trash reply or I'll close the thread on the basis of you not being able to properly function as a human being (who can't ask properly and nicely).

You can run it within few steps:
• Copy the dedicated server to your cs2d folder.
• Go to sys/server.cfg in your cs2d folder to edit your server's information, like server name, password and rcon.
• Run the dedicated server in your cs2d folder.
• Done! Your server is online! You can see your server in LAN section!

Hint: Your server may not be like the normal servers, it will be a bit laggy. Because of your bad internet speed. Therefore, the server depends a fast internet speed.
