I reported for the net and they say its all ok and i have to pay to make someone visit and watch my net but i dont want to pay if i can fix it myself. I tried a lot of things and watched a lot of videos but nothing helps, someone help please?

I guess it has something to do with the Firewall then. Did you configure it properly to make sure it works with the game servers too?

mother pc has same problem too

If it happens to your mother's PC too then I do think the issue would be caused by un-properly port forward or you left the port forwarding of your modem forgotten. Port forward your modem and set up the settings correctly if you do not want to get any further problems!

I cannot give you a tip or tutorial at how to port forward a modem / router since most of modems and their manufacturer are different and they have different methods of port forwarding set-up as well.

If that doesn't help either, then I am pretty sure it's the ISP's problem because I highly doubt that it's a technical problem in PC's network settings since you tried with another computer and yet same problem.

I also think that port forwarding might be the solution. My modem had an option where I had to enable the ports that the ps3 used so I could play online with it back then when that problem occured

And to be honest, paying your provider to "fix" the problem does not always mean that things get actually fixed.

Unfortunately I can't help you out with that right now as I am not at home until the next day. Try searching in google for something like "game servers dont load port forwarding" or anything similair.

It has something to do with your modem (router?) settings that you can enter by writing a special link (in my case for my speedport w140 v or something like that, which is from Telekom Germany, it's called speedport.ip or telekon.de/einrichten as in /setup) or IP adresss in to the internet browser of your choice.

What I have to say about port forwarding is that you have to follow steps carefully because you can mess with your settings otherwise. Also I have to say about that this solution also MIGHT not be the reason why you have this problem right now. It is just a possibility as I had a similair problem like you and I think that this might help you out.

To enable UDP thing, you have to enter your local IP in your internet browser, then you'll enter your router page.
Once in there try to find UDP or something like that.
And enable it

to know your local ip, run cmd.exe and type "ipconfig" then press enter

I think that was the way, i used it long way before when i had a decent internet

@user Black Wolf: Dude,

First, open the Control Panel. On Windows 10 or 8.1, you can do this by right-clicking the Start button and selecting “Control Panel”.
Click “View network status and tasks” under Network and Internet.
Click the name of your connection to the right of “Connections” at the top-right corner of this page.
Click the “Details” button in the window that appears and look for hte router’s IP address to the right of “IPv4 Default Gateway”.

^ That's how to know your router's ip.

Don't pay to anyone to do this lol..

EDIT:
If you have a dynamically assigned IP address, i.e., it changes every time you disconnect and reconnect the modem from the ISP, then try turning off your modem, waiting two minutes, then turn it on again. It should get another IP address assigned to it when it reconnects.

If you have a static IP address assigned to you (more expensive, typically comes with the Business service), then ask the ISP to give you a new one.

If those fail, change ISPs if possible, I think your problem may rely there.

@user 1uP: Worst and most stupid "jokerinho" ever.
@user Black Wolf: I rather would recommend you to pay for it to be fixed. Because in the end, if you're too unexperienced with that and have no technical understanding, you'd rather pay for it that things get fixed and you don't have to worry about something.
