its a news about a new awesome update,
So we all wanted to share our ideas which should take part in the update.

I believe they're going to focus on important mechanics first. I suppose eventually it MIGHT be possible to see new guns added or maybe lua scripts for that. You're supposed to react to pre-release version and report bugs of it, not suggest/inquire about new things.

func_volume, you can change the shadow alttitude by using positive and negative numbers, sorry but no one reads the CS2D Idea thread.

That's my problem. I haven't changed radar graphics for color support yet.

Shadow over obstacles is in my features list that I must do, but that will decrease the performance of the lighting.

Airstrike should light up a "room" with red since it's a flare.
But it doesn't light up

When lighting an NPC or Player with flashlight there should be a shadow, maybe on "Ultra settings"?

An option for the env_light to work on walls would be good, and very useful.

I used the default cs2d sprite, made it black and 0.7 density to give dark feeling for a map in 1.0.0.1, but in the pre release test doesn't work.

Street light, and street light flicker don't light up in env_room

Ability to change the flares light colour
