CS2D 1.0.0.3 Pre-Release
147 replies I just wanted to say, after 10 years playing this game, this "pre release" hyped me the most, comparable only to lua scripts introduction and well the hard fight about native Lag compesation. Im glad simonas is testing these innovative ideas and i hope you keep doing it.

Look's great, I love it! But it doesn't work with all the map, especially wall and obstacle, but it work fine with all cs2d official maps. Keep this up and cs2d will be back to glory again.

DC:, so a MacOS version will be also out soon, right? I still use that system than a Windows system. I can wait.

Tested with 64MB video and 1,3GB RAM, 50 Fps. Works fine without lighting engine. gj simonas and DC.
Ok, now i can't understand why there's a usp or m4a1 with a recoil kinda hard to controle, i mean if you saw the recoil of the weapons in cs:s and cs:go, the usp have a perfect aim if you arent moving. also the m4a1, if you shoot when move, then, the recoil lost the perfect aim. But its a nice pre-release, anyways, there's no reason to make cs2d too exactly to others game. that's my opinion

boncuk: Was the performance worse before? We did quite some optimizations recently. Also tested on 3D?

SQ: Yes i tested the 3D also, and works fine at 50fps with some drops to 49. And no, nothing worse since before this pre-release. I have tested also the resolutions, windows mode and full-screen, and as i see, the tiles have full resolution at windowed. But when i change to full-screen the tiles lost the resolution a bit.

There's a bug with the editor with the ingame scale. The pointer doesnt reflect where "its pointing" meh to explain but easy to see.
So its super hard to edit because you have the pointer on the right and its like 6 tiles on the left.
Also is it possible to edit in 3D?
And what about replacing the borders of atile, for example in one tile i have a laptop on a desk but with 3D the there are 4 laptops ahha
