Hello, as a student I cant afford expensive phones so I have to find some less expensive ones.
Can people with more knowledge tell me which one to buy, Nokia 8 or Xiaomi Mi Max 2. I use phone mostly for photos,internet/social media and for studying.
Edit: And if you know better phones for the same price range, please suggest them too.

I compared those 2 and it feels like mi max 2 fits better for me. I need a lot of battery and phone fits well on my big hand.

OnePlus phones are really good, have one from 2015 and still works extremely fine.

Black Wolf: You can also get a new Galaxy S7 for about 330€ if warranty is important to you and if you can afford it.
I have a Galaxy S7 myself which is why I recommended it. It's pretty fast (good enough for even mobile VR and stuff like that) and you can put an SD card inside if you need extra memory. Camera is good as well. There's really nothing I could complain about. Maybe some of the software from Samsung is annoying but you can remove/disable it.
I'm don't know about the competitors though. It's possible that you can get even better performance for less money if you buy from a smaller manufacturer which isn't that popular.
Xiaomi, Huawei and One Plus make pretty good/high end phones with very competitive prices as far as I know.

Deewelch: Except OP is talking about getting a new phone. Unless the tablet in question can accept a SIM card and take calls.
