When i play cs2d, especially a real busy game like 12 or more player "ctf dedust"... my sound starts lagging and clicking when there are many many explosions/gunshots on-screen. Then the sound starts dying more, and then altogether dies until battle gets calm again and the sound kind of flutters and clicks and finds itself again. It seems like my internet or computer is too slow and is lagging. Does this happen to anyone else? Why is this happening to me? What computer and internet speeds are recommended for optimization of cs2d?

@user VADemon: He's talking about when a high amount of particles on screen appear. It's not the same issue.

Your device cannot handle the game when a lot of things are happening, this leads to lag which results in the sound also falling behind and trying to output whenever it gets the opportunity to (which results in very nice audio).

The advice is the same in either the case of a laptop or PC -> upgrade. Internet speeds are irrelevant in this case.
