I have this idea a few days ago, now I'll publish it!
1st:
The competition will be of clans/teams.
2nd:
The matches will be of 5x5.
3rd:
In "Americas Cup", the american clans will play,
then one of them will be the Winner of Americas!
In "Euro/Asia Cup", the euro/asian clans will play,
then one of them will be the Winner of Euro/Asia!
4th:
The american clans will play in american servers.
The Euro/Asia clans will play in european servers.
5th:
We have 2 winners, the Americas Cup winner and
Euro/Asia Cup winner, then we can make a "World Final Match"!
The winner of Americas plays with Euro/Asia winner,
then the World Final Match winner will conquer the world!
Until the next competition... 
I have two suggestions for the "World Final Match":
- Play 2 matches, 1 in american server + 1 in europe server
- Play in a neutral server, with players with same ping
I think this idea will provide more professional clans,
and it is more fun for the players, but as I said, it is
a suggestion, I want the best for cs2d...
Don't forget, all clans will be more friendly with professional competitions...

I don't think that this is a good idea.
the current cs2d version should not be used for serious matches like this because its too easy to manipulate. and its too early to plan matches with cs2d max. American Cup and European Cup

and name "Cs2D World Cup" or something xD!!

The professional competitions of the "real" Counter-Strike
are made of matches of 5 to 5... I think we have to follow
this example, it works fine in CS and I think in 2D too...
Don't worry, in CS2Dmax we will have the dedicated, so
we will have a lot of americans servers without lag... I agree with DC, other clans from around the world will be left out meaning they can't form more "professional "clans and it would be pretty darn hard to get all the places in the world to the "World Final Match".
