Last time I stopped working on MM it was free to use until I returned to work on it. As I am still working on it, it is not free to use.

So you just release it for anyone when you don't want to mess with it, and then take everything back when you do? Seems like that would cause a lot of confusion and problems for you and others.

PLEASE PLEASE builder wake up and continue your mod,its a lot better than other out there,dont let this mod die! i just a pity that you leaved the ANVIL in WIP,you could have finished it before leaving the mod so please come back and continue the project(PD:to everyone,could you please tell me about a mod thats is like this one??)
