English Tactical Shield, can't buy!?

Hi,

I have been playing Cs2d before max came out but I have a question:

I can't buy the tactical shield! Why? When I try to buy it when I am Ct it says can not buy in this server...I started a game with some bots and it doesn't let me buy it.

Please help

The server settings "mp_unbuyable" is by default set to "Tactical Shield", which means all servers, including your own, by default have the Tactical Shield disabled/unbuyable. You can change this by either typing the command in your console "mp_unbuyable " and set it blank. Or access the menu Options -> More, and scroll down and change the setting there.
