Complied with all the game scales and sizes for 640 * 480.

To install put the files from archive in cs2d\gfx\npc\ folder

Doesn't DC make it obvious enough to upload submissions that only you have made in it's entirety YOURSELF? Aka, not taking screenshots, resizing/cleaning them up and then calling those your own.
That's a one way ticket to get banned.

Of course its a resize people >> but unlike other noob who merely copy and paste Pagyra actually preserves the original images quality and builds upon it.

IE this mean he only resizes to the the images shape and the re textures it so it dosent look like shit.

His methods are perfectly legitimate so STFU until you can make something better your self don't bash on other peoples work >>

As for you Pagyra if you want I can let you use my 3D player templates to make player skins that are similar to your NPC pack. If you want to you have my full permission to use my work.

Personally I like them & ill believe you when you say you made these. Its all done with programs like Photoshop which is legitimate & aloud. and its certainly not a minute of work. More like half an hour via Photoshop or Gimp 2.0 by my estimates. But hey why argue the immature kids will still be hatin >>

If you can please make a optional HD version of the solder NPC armed with the HD M4A1/M203.
