) I found a little trick how to give a Player only 1 Bullet! Normaly I want to make it for a map but than I mind on Black Ops. The Wager Match Gamemode "One in the Chamber".
There are these rules:
You spawn with only 1 Pistol.
You have only 1 Bullet.
For every Kill you get 1 Bullet.
If you miss the shot, you have to knife.
I did all rules in this Script.

If only 2 Player alive then the Radar gets on
If you kill someone with Knife the weapon dont spawn anymore, you get it immediatly!
