That would be difficult
to make planets you need to make an object which on use opens up a screen and you have to select the planets(okay this sound easy but is easy too -.-")

stranded 2 wont be suitable for your mod because of water
if you are continuing this mod then make a time machine(i was going to make it but was too lazy)

the water is not a problem. you could easily set a texture of water that is _a and thus making it invisible.
nope,i mean model planets. like ur in a ship (behaviour airplane) and fly to one when u get close it will get u in a map inside that praticular planet

making objects float will be difficult but not impossible
or it is possible already?
If it aint then you can use an invisible pillar
BTW cool but we will fall down if we try to go downside of the planet

It was already done by the German Lost in Space mod. Maybe Mc Leaf can explain how this feature was implemented.

vibhor this is easy,almost everyone can do it.in modeller just raise the level of the object,it will seem its floating.

I don't think so. You can make second map with second planet(and other map with only space and "sphere models"
If you in a spaceship go near planet, s2 cmd loadmap !
for example:
1
loadmap "maps\planets\planet1.s2"1,1,1,1
(can be other name of map)
(1,1,1,1 means that Skills, Items, Variables and Diary will be the same as before event with loadmap command.

event is ,for example, "on:trigger" in Areal trigger(info id 10)

I think better is two planet: with solid texture(only white) and with earth texture(or not exactly earth).
Then make in planets objects color=r,g,b and scale=

I have just known that there is a command s2 cmd texture, I think it can make it easy. One sphere model, maybe even from normal S2 (for example, pearl), and just change texture!
