Windows 7 hangs up at welcome screen

Nope. I just installed some icons and I had to restart it. Then nothing shown up at welcome screen.

That's the only solution, beside formatting or executing a backup.
Lesson of the day: Never install themes and icon supports, it always slows down the performance and bug stuff such as the welcome screen or the desktop.

User selection screen is Welcome screen in Win 7. In Win Vista and up, actually.
Insert the Win 7 CD and choose to recover your system. Good luck.

Finished. I've made my USB bootable and copied a Win 7 recovery to it.
Then I fixed.

1- Make your USB bootable with 10+ ways(google it)
2- Copy your Win7 recovery to your USB
3- Boot your PC

press f5/f8(something like that) while booting to get into the "save-mode".

there 2 chance that cause your pc like this:
1. hacked(like

2. virus, of course, this will infected the system, and the chance is 65%
