Actually, i don't think that's possible. 1)JUMP off a ladder...I don't think jumping is in Cs2D.2) I don't think that you can do a 360 degrees spin in a wheelchair. 3) From where do we know he/she is transsexual( Without a freaking text on his back)

You can see it's a transsexual due to the obviously blonde/black/brown/white hair (Because transsexuals are terrible at hair colours), the arrow confirms the 360° and it's obviously an policeman due to the awesome clean drawn sniper rifle and ex- because no police officer is in a wheel chair (Unless on Family Guy, which does not count).
Now resize to 32*32 and use.
Also my post is serious, so no bans welcome. I actually made this in paint and took some time doing so, the hair was very hard to get
