I got a huge question on lag.
If you have good internet and really good computer then why is there a horrible lag when you play on your own server or other servers???

If you live in America and connect to Euro even with a 100 MB internet, you may only get up to 90 ping at least.
Are you running any other programs?
moreover you should limit the maximum players if your connection is too slow to handle many players.

Before the newest cs2d it ran perfectly fine. [no lag unless 15+ people were in the server] But now I can play but even when I go to a server with perfect connection I still lag. I click on the servers with the Green bar completely full and I lag.
That can be your FPS (frame per second)
CS2Dmax uses more "cpu" than olders versions...
Type in console debug 1 and take a look on your FPS!
You can decrease the graphics and other things at Options!
You can descript your pc configurations too,
then we can analize if it is a ping or fps problem...
Sometimes if you have to many Gen_Weathers or SPrites can cause alot of lag.
