I have a question, well several. Will the system requirements for CC be lower than cs2d? I have an old laptop, but it can't even play cs2d. I was hoping that i could play CC on it. If I'm not mistaken, cs2d runs off of 3D graphics?

CS2D have got 3D sounds.

Duuuuh, sure!
DC won't make it perfect at the first time!
Check the lab - we will suggest stuff to new version.

And sure it wont be 100% bug-free

i have suggestion for this, i cant suggest at lab because game isnt realesed yet, it would be cool like we can choose many classes like terrorist, police, gangs, you can choose which units you gonna have, example for police: helicopter (you put helicopter on place you want then you go down with ladders of heli)
it would be nice if theres house
terrors: throw grenade at house and then house explode (because terrain is destroyable)

you will probably think this is stupid but if its like that it would be online tactical game...

spartan029: CC will have HIGHER system requirements because you have huge dynamic pixel terrains in the video memory. Both CS2D and CC are 3D accelerated and both use the BlitzMax graphics engine. You really need a 3D graphics card to run it.

GhostFreak: you shouldn't suggest stuff for a game that you don't even really know. that CAN'T work!

Yeah. So it looks, like I'm stuck to playing flash games and games that use 2D engines on that laptop.

i think CC will be better than cs2d, cause the more time it takes the more better it becomes.

I guess it would be hard for CC to beat cs2d then given that CS2D started development in late 2003.

Yeah. You shouldn't compare CC with CS2D at all. CS2D is a much bigger and more complex project and it took years to develop it.

CC is a small project. Comparable with Minigolf Madness. Just a few months of development.

apparently a server has already appeared for CC. The machine however doesn't respond to icmp pings so we're not quite sure right now whether it's a dummy server or a full fledged official CC server.
