What happens when you use filters?
It just hides the servers that you cant join.

I've the same problem with it, but I think this is the new version bug or somethink but this doesn't prevent me & I can join servers.
can't be a new version bug because nothing related with that has been changed.
that must firewall or router problems - as always.
or you have other programs running which are using UDP ports and which lead to conflicts somehow.
