I installed the new version of the game. When I click 'Find Server', no servers are coming out. It says 'change your filter to show them'. My console says that my version is up to date. Idk what's wrong my internet is working properly.

Ping Timeout is no problem for you, it generally happens when someone types in rank.
The other reason would be if your internet went down.
For your problem...
Try this
1. Go to your CS2D/sys
2. Click on usgn.dat
3. Open it with Notepad
4. Where it says usgn.de, replace it with 85.214.77.150
5. Save it.
6. Try it now.

If that didn't work, then it must be firewall/router problem.
Another way you can do so (which is very painful) is to add all of the IPs to your Favorites.
Oh and one more thing, can you tell me if it says "190 Servers" or if it says "Finding Servers?"

Maybe the problem now is the Firewall? How will I set em up?

I was going to suggest taking all of the servers and copying them to your favorites.cfg.
