You don't know how to upload the HTLM page or you don't know how to put the css in the HTML page ?
In the second case use :

That's the direct way , the other way was importing a .css file , but i am not so sure how to do it..

as far as i know webs (a.k.a freewebs ) create the whole site by themselves and that is gay , you can't put any custom html on your page if you are on freewebs..
