@ViciousGamer04: shouldn't be too hard to find what Admirdee just said. It's even linked in the in-game help of CS2D. So please search next time before asking.
If your connection is not fast enough for hosting you have to rent a v-server or root-server and run the cs2d dedicated on it.
you can use every provider who offers v-servers/root-servers and who allows to host game servers.
