As for your question, only he makes the Official Maps... and maybe the moderators. I dunno.

- it needs to be small (either use existing files from cs2d or if you add additional files they have to have a good quality + they have to be as small as possible)
- no annoying shit (for example an image which contains your name, a message which appears in-game whichs says who made the map etc.)
- moreover I do only accept the default map types. role playing or prison maps will never become an official map for example.
edit: however you shouldn't ask me if I make map xyz official. just upload it here. I will contact you if I decide that I want to include it in the CS2D download.
