like they are not admin but they(hacker) look so real in the server

well i just saw one guy "Cabous" who has 0 ping
and can always slap me but cant kick me

you can download at cs2d website or even here!
and the reason why you didn't get kicked only slapped
was because i had no right 2 kick you randomly..........

that's not possible. you either need to be the server OR need to have the rcon password OR there need to be some Lua script which allow it.
