for me open cs2d - map editor - make a map - type a name for ur map - quit map editor - exit cs2d - go to cs2d directory folder - go "map" - find ur map in the folder
go to this link http://www.unrealsoftware.de/files_upload.php
then fill in the blanks.
the second section of the upload page, it appears a (Choose File)
click on that button and it will open a new window, find where ur map is.

search there
<YOUR CS2D FOLDER>\maps\<NAME OF YOUR MAP>.map
for example:
C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike 2D\maps\MYMAP.map
and don't forget that you need screenshots of your map as well if you want to upload it here. you can use the cs2d screenshot function (see options -> controls) and find the screens in the <CS2D>\screens folder
u know how to make a map right? (thats the "making" thing)
i already tell you how to upload the map, and if you cant understand what were saying check Google Translate. (thats the "uploading" thing)
