first of all, describe what do you mean by a mod? you can only mod cs2d by lua and even wth this you cannot change the game completly. you can make custom skins for the players and weapons, but when you can script lua, you can forget big mods.

i gonna make skins weapons and players and maybe Lua scripts

ohh...nice (not really, but anyway). but dont just say "i make a mod". you know how often we got people like this here? its just annoying.
explain in detail what you want to change, whats already done, what would you need. make you starting-post nice. this is a project, and a true project is not a shake out of you arm thing. you need a good painting program, some training, lua-experince. if you dont have this, forget it.

No offense or anything, but that movie is sh--. So I am not sure that a mod would be good or not, but whatever it is your life make a mod if it is good it is good if it is not good then...
