What is your graphical card?
No new add at SPRAYLogo.

this is a directx/video driver/engine problem. update all drivers and directx, run windows update, or use the launcher and try the opengl mode.
Does this happen with other games too?

1. Update graphicard
2. Change display resolution to 1024x860 and start the game again
3. do the same with windowmode
4. If you want some help, then accept it and do fuck us off with sentence like "im not an idiot"
5. Deactivate the graphicard in your control center -> computermanagment - devicemanager and reactivate it
6. Run Program in adminmode
7. try compatibility-mode
8. ???
9. Profit

If he didn't install the drivers he would see a black screen, so I guess everything is installed.
Did you install them manually or were they out of the box? Did you recently re-install your OS?
Works better with OpenGL but sometimes it works bad with openGL , There are 2 GB RAM ...
