What to do?Snipers usually use AWPs, and as we know AWP does only 50 dmg no-scoped and is slow in shooting. Wait till the shot is shot and ram the sniper with an automatic weapon or flash him first.
edit: if you have a higher ping then try to move faster, that means like changing keys < and > very fast so ur moves look fast and laggy for the opponent and its hard to hit you

laggy situation!Wait when the lag is over.. but if you have a high ping just find a better server to play at.
Overnumbered! What to do? Run or hold?Try to camp and kill them.
Low on health! What to do?Fastly find a good spot to camp and shoot from there.
Snipeeer! What to do?Go get a awp then aim to your enemy switch to 1x zoom then when you are enough close at your enemy fastly switch to 2x zoom and shoot, try to camp mostly to kill them.If you suck at aiming with awp then just wait when the awp shot is over and fastly shoot him.
Flashed? What to do?Try to remember where your enemy was last time and try to shoot at him or just shoot randomly everywhere.
