I play on Lag Fun and I'm rank 3 / 4.
Recently everyone who has an account can vote lock whoever he wants.
Before USGN got resetted, only people could vote lock who had their account for at least a year.
Sure, it's good that everyone can vote because there are lots of speeders or aimbotters every day and before the reset only a few people could vote lock.
But now everyone !votes random people that don't do anything o0 I mean wtf?
The other day a rank 7 player got voted to spec because he was good playing this game.. Kinda sad. He wouldn't be rank 7 if he wasn't good.
Anyway.
Any suggestions how we can handle that?
Pisses me off when every god damn noob (excuse my language) votes out good players.
Since only 3 are necessary to lock someone, a pack of noobs could just vote out every single player on the server so they could play alone o0

this is not a general problem of CS2D but of this specific server because the vote system you are talking about is a custom made Lua script (no original part of CS2D)
so please contact the admin of this server if you want this to be changed.
p.s.: I wonder how this script detects that an account is at least 1 year old? it is not possible to get this information from usgn accounts (and it's still not directly/easily possible with urnealsoftware accounts since you have to do it via http and extract the data from the html page). so I doubt that it worked that way. or do you mean with "1 year old" that the player visited the server 1 year ago? that would work. i go to that server too, and yes it verify if ur account its one year old, i dont know how they make that .

But yes, I have the same problem. I am currently ranked 3 on [LaG] Fun server and I just recently got vote locked for having multiple kill streaks. People don't want to lose their kpd so they just kick the best players. It is very aggravating.
