temporary solution until this is fixed would be to
rejoin the server or if this doesn't help: restart cs2d and rejoin afterwards After Throwing the FLARE in one place , the flare teleports 1 tiles to the left .
Sometimes it goes in the different place and it's like fuckingup my tactics in a clan war.
and 2-3 times the flare was after the wall..;))
it's caused by your latency. I probably didn't think about this aspect when testing locally with a ping of 0...

Hackers can use fiddler to load a blank map, and thus be able to noclip through walls.
