They are called 'userbars' not widgets.

The problem is that 99,9999999% of the Internet userbar/signature/GIF/etc. generators include ads, wish is the reason I hate them.
Software is better... PhotoShop, PhotoFiltre (Free/Studio/Studio X), GAYIMP, etc.
