You mean reduce the ammount, so not 32 but like 30 max or smth? lol..

Edit: Do you mean max players on a server?

Sort of like deciding the amount of players able to join player slots within a server...
sv_maxplayers "32" to sv_maxplayers "16"
Possibly you changed that by yourself. But how would I know.
