Because translating to portuguese, just attract more Brazilian players, and usually they are hackers/noobs.
Only because somebody is from Brazilia he must not be Hacker and every new guy is a noob ( in most cases )
so dont talk bad about "other-countrys" people
Before saying something, just try a brazilian game...

OK... i played on a RP map with anti-speeder ON and i shifted(walked slow) my self trough the whole map to dont get kicked or with a awp or m249. And then there was a guy walking with a knife and speed-hacking and the god gamn system couldn't kick him i got so pissed up that he could enter any house for few seconds with speed and then i say Why we need a Anti-speed system if hacker's dont get kicked and other fair player's get kicked cause of ping-speed or whatever...
For me the best anti-hacker system is the soo called VOTE easly you hack you get kicked by players and it defend even from other hacks

Really, this anti-speeder sucks, maybe it could be removed on next version.
Because anti-speeder are for servers with away admins, and away admins servers almost everytime are s**t... so, why not removing it?
People can script way better anti-speeders.
