Some n00bs doesn't know how to disable the snow protection.
It's a lot easy.

First Step: Open map editor.
Second Step: Click on the "eye" (Display Settings).
Third Step: Disable "Entity Graphics/FX".
Fourth Step: Press Okay.
Fifth Step: Click on Load Map, then load the map who has the snow protection.
Sixth Step: Modify the map =D
There are some cookies on the maps...

Are you pointing out the error or fixing him? If first, then okay, if second, then wrong - noobs is plural and therefore don't is used.

SP is for protecting the map from editing.

But it can be removed? Easily.

You fail. It's there to protect the map from stealers. If you remove it, it means you are evading security measures that protect the work from being distributed elsewhere under the name of the person who stole it. Therefore, removing it is partly illegal.

you should NEVER EVER edit a map which is using this snowy crap. because this snow crap signalizes that the original author does not want anyone to edit the map.

so yeah.. don't be an asshole. don't touch such maps.
