Some months ago i was talking about idea like that with one of cs2d players, well... Isn't that a bit fcking weird when u see cheater on server and u cant do anything? This idea is a way, that would help. The idea is:
-Making special rcon/admin panel that works on everyserver, and rcon/acces to admin panel will have only ppl that will be chosen. The rcon/admin panel can be limited only to banning ppl like for 30mins, or more.

-Waiting for answers and ideas to make my idea better.-

Admin/mod comment

There is an suggestion thread for the next cs2d. Gosh, stop making more threads for suggestions!

Edit: I didn't understand what he said, he was talking about rcon. >.> So I just take it wrong. :S

Yeah I think only people who own the server should be able to do that.

Besides I don't think anyone is fit to be a global admin across every cs2d server.

Think about it.

the risk is too high that one of these "global admins" fucks up everything.

• there already is a voting system so users can kick cheaters by voting

• there already is rcon so server admins can choose people which take care of the server

• there already is Lua which allows even more comfortable adminstration and security

> conclusion: what you suggested is not required but can be implemented with Lua if people want to have it.
